These Terms of Use govern access to this website, use of its content, and any services or digital projects ordered through it.

The website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. Visitors must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Unless a catalog item or written agreement states otherwise, one-time service projects may use a split payment schedule: 50% upfront at checkout to reserve and start the work, and 50% after completion approval before final handoff, launch, or delivery of final access. Recurring subscriptions keep the billing terms shown at checkout unless a separate override is displayed.

The checkout or written offer should show the price, currency, tax treatment where applicable, deliverables, estimated timing, and cancellation or refund conditions before payment. If a consumer asks for work to start before the legal withdrawal period expires, the website may require an express request and acknowledgement that a proportional amount can remain due for services already performed. If the service is fully performed with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement, the withdrawal right may no longer apply where the law allows it.

For Romanian consumer matters, alternative dispute resolution information may be provided through ANPC/SAL. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025, so old ODR/SOL references should not be treated as an active complaint channel.

Use of this website does not create a client, supplier, employment, or partnership relationship unless a separate written agreement exists.
